3. Account Registration and Security
Each eligible individual may register one m71tw account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein, subject to investigation. - m71tw reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any time, including requesting government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.
- m71tw reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
All transactions on m71tw are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other approved mobile financial services and bank transfer methods as published on the platform from time to time. m71tw does not accept payment in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. It is your responsibility to ensure that any payment method you use is registered in your name and that you are the authorised user of that payment method.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as published on the platform and may vary by payment method.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider. m71tw is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks, including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
- Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, where technically possible. m71tw reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
- m71tw does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., bKash service charges) are outside m71tw's control and are your responsibility.
5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
m71tw offers a welcome bonus and various promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail. Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and the games that contribute to satisfying them are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- m71tw reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, or to modify its terms, at any time and without notice where fraud or abuse is suspected.
- Players who self-exclude or close their accounts voluntarily forfeit any unclaimed or unmet bonus funds. Real-money balances are returned in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of additional accounts constitutes a breach of these terms.
6. Responsible Gaming
m71tw is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling can become a problem. We provide tools to help all players stay in control of their activity on the platform and encourage players to use them proactively. Players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour are urged to contact our 24/7 support team without delay.
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Players may request a temporary timeout (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, m71tw will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account.
- m71tw does not extend credit to players. No player may wager more than the real-money balance held in their account at the time of the wager.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on m71tw. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated system to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or wager.
- Using fraudulent, stolen, or unlawfully obtained payment credentials to make deposits or withdrawals.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors in a manner that is not consistent with legitimate gameplay.
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the use of the m71tw platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the m71tw platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, user interfaces, and the overall design of the platform — is the exclusive property of m71tw or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any content on m71tw without express prior written consent. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m71tw, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services. m71tw does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits m71tw's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. To the extent our liability is not excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
m71tw reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are significant, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a message to the contact details held on account. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.
